What is PricelessPartner.com?
I created PricelessPartner.com (or "Priceless" for short) out of complete and utter frustration!
I was really sick of endless, faceless, dating sites asking me to hand over my credit card numbers in order to simply say hello to a potential partner or friend. I was really tired and totally frustrated at being denied access to "features" and "additional privileges" unless I paid my way.
Sure, there are "plenty" of so-called "free" dating sites out there. Some free sites are mega-successful, others are pure fly-by-nighters. All of them - in my opinion - lack a certain warmth and a sense of family. This game is, after all, about community, about friends, about a place you can click onto every day and get a genuine, friendly "hello" back and not some robot response calculated on the fly by a clever computer programmer.
Here at Priceless, I want to reverse that sterile trend. So, I have decided to take the initiative to build a global first-class, premium-featured online community from the ground up, that doesn't require you to pay a single cent.
Those quality features include things like free webcam chat between all members, sophisticated compatibility calculators, local zipcode searches, secure mailing systems and authorized friendship lists. The feature list keeps growing by the day (thanks to direct feedback from members).
But most importantly, not only is this a totally free premium dating network, but also a grass-roots hand-made community, made up of a family of users just like you and me. To that end, I have also incorporated forums to let you have your say (whether positive or negative), which is unlike a lot of "corporate" dating networks out there.
So it's all about you, your friends, your life. Not about your bank account.
Who am I?
As you know, my name is Glen and I've been in the Internet business since the early 90's, back before Google, Yahoo!, Youtube and even before Internet Explorer, Netscape and HTML tables (sorry, just some geek speak there).
Whilst slaving away in my day job as an online producer, I quietly go about building PricelessPartner.com in my tiny spare bedroom-slash-homeoffice here in Australia.
Everything you see here was built on a humble PC parked next door to my sausage dog, Archie, my tabby cat, Max, and 6 goldfish (don't worry, they all get on well!).
So I'm here to help you have fun online, expand your existing circle of friends, enable you to have your say on issues of importance to your life, provide quality feedback on the forums, and to ultimately find that perfect 'priceless partner' in life.
Priceless is still in BETA
"Beta" means I'm still fine-tuning the site (which will probably be never-ending), and I am partly relying on you to provide some feedback, in return for a good time :-) If you notice a bug here or there, do drop me a line on the forums. Did I mention I love feedback? If you have a great idea for a new feature, simply have your say on the forums and it will be added to my ever-expanding list of upgrades!
