Welcome to 2008, partners

Yep, here we are. Another year is upon us and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our partners (and casual browsers!) a terrific New Year.

You may have also noticed a brand new look for PricelessPartner.com! It was a massive task converting thousands of pages, but it is now nearly done.

So, what do ya'all think? This is where you come in. I need feedback! Do you hate it? Is it an improvement? Notice a silly bug that got overlooked with the new look? Tell me your thoughts below. I know you will :-)

Of course, this is mostly a cosmetic change to the website. After 18 months of developing I think we have a rather advanced social community that rivals alot of the big boys out there. I'm pretty proud of it so far, but I also have a wish list that is a mile long.

And where did that wish list come from? You.

In 2008 I am hoping to upgrade our blocking features considerably, and add a neverending collection of ultra-cool tools for you to play with. If you have a suggestion that you think would make PP great, do leave me a message.

Anyway guys, it's New Years Eve, I have worked almost 2 weeks straight on the new look, and it's time to celebrate.

Happy New Year

cheers,
Glen

Of course, this is mostly a cosmetic change to the website. Over the past 18 months I have built the site from a pretty basic dating site, to a rather advanced social community that rivals alot of the big boys out there. The new site looks great. Heaps better than before, more pleasing to the eye... the only thing wrong is the IM - not knowing who it is that's contacting you and then when you get on - it's someone from overseas asking for a F*** etc....that's the only problem I can see now - being contacted through IM by people you have blocked...but the site looks great!

well Chief you have done a great job and it is so much more pleasing to the eye and must agree with born64 knowing who is on the other side of that IM before you open it would be a really good idea if possible

i like the new look as well as my pp co-members, but..

1. there is no mention in the Terms/Conditions about reporting abuse to pp.com nor how nor can i find a link for that. if members are supposed to settle their own disputes i would think that could kinda invite more troublesome characters on the site.
2. i would like to see the term of inactivity before termination to be more like 3 months.

your thoughts on these, Glen ? and other members ?

otherwise, fantastic work, as usual, Glen.
Thanks alot.

I think that the new look website is really refreshing, it is easy to navigate and it is easy on the eye. I would also like to point out that this is a great site that offers people the chance to IM with others and post opinions and beliefs without having to be a paid participant. I also like the fact that this site has moderators who monitor participants and stick up for the little guy, keep up the fantastic work guys and continue taking this site to the heights it deserves. I must say however that I agree with Born in 64 about the whole identifying IM users before you accept the invite to chat, other than that fantastic, looking forward to visiting in 2008 Meggsxx

Top site glen.
You are doing a great job, remember to keep it simple, and hope it does not run out of control.
Everything seems to run on money these days. I found your site ,because I was sick of paying to talk to peaple.
Hope it lasts.Good luck.
