I was fortunate when I did my Uni Education .. Lord it was Free so I got educated and I have no idea what I am doing...

The gentler social policies put forward by Labor are probably welcome for the most part, as long as they keep an eye on the economic bottom line as well.

And I hope they don't fall into Whitlam's trap of wanting to do everything in 3 years ... they'll burn the economy, and their chances of re-election, for sure if they do.

I am still told that Education in Australia is FREE... ..I know my daughter who has 2 children aged 9 and 11 years would love to know WHERE its free....my grandaughters go to a Gov School.....
an YES Tersh should be free.....and these may be dreams but maybe with a new Govt 'something' will be done.....
Malcolm Fraser said "Life wasn't meant to be easy" OHH MY what would he know and what would most Politicians born with a Silver spoon in their mouths know..........about the average people........they have all lost touch with reality........Lets hope this new Team will do better...

Well i would have preferred a vote after xmas (not that i vote and personally dont care which wank is in) but i do care about flying to tassie for a holiday, and i Guarantee Qantas will be on strike,, theyve been waiting for opportunity and now the Unions have their power back, youll see every damn dept asking for pay rises under new govt, remember last time?? QANTAS on strike, TRANSPORT on strike, and POLICE also... They were all on strike in same year if i remember correctly, A lot of people forget what it was like back then,, maybe John is the lesser of 2 evils, have to admit our economy is strong, with whatever other problems there were,
Like Aged care, but think for a minute, theyve all got Alzheimers havent they??
So theyre happy anyway arent they? does it really matter if they dont eat for a couple of days?? or get changed?..thats why Howard never put his foot down and fixed it LOL, always thinking ahead Johnny

Anyway im glad i dont fly much, dont use public transport, and can rest easy that i wont get as many fines this year
