Does it happen to all individuals that at some point of time in your life you feel like 'sitting on the chair' and ordering your wishes. I am not mentioning here a restaurant scene however some place else where you feel...things around me should better be in my control and you indulge into setting them right.

What would that 'chair' of yours be?

Mine is sitting on a river"s edge or the quietness of the early morning...

I indulge myself the time to reflect. It is certainly good for the mind and body to allow yourself some quiet time for yourself. You can rejuvenate your thoughts. It is time to release all the stress of ones life and just enjoy the peacefulness. It gives me a renewed sense of who I am .

Hi All

If I'm to be blatantly honest, then my chair............is actually being submerged in a body of water, fully naked, weightless, free and tranquil. Surrounded with natures humming and delightful aromas!
An ultimate way of energizing and appealing way of being in sync with ones self again.....

Katz

Where is my chair? where do i go to reflect on my life? for me the place is not important as long as I have my earphones on and the music blasting I am in my world with my own thoughts and dreams.

Let the music play

ahhh if only one had a special place to retreat to when things get tough. For me I have no special chair where I can reflect on life, love or simply take some time out for me. I guess right where I am now (on my computer chair) typing messages to people I have never met in person is my only outlet and has been for many years. I try to forget about my problems at least for a little while when I have my kids around as they don't understand how hard things get, they are only kids and need to enjoy their young lives as much as possible (they aren't kids for long) before they have their own problems to deal with. Somehow, no matter how bad things may get we always manage to come out the other side ok and each experience makes us wiser. que cera cera (whatever will be will be.)

Such lazy people we have at the forums...nobody has even thought about working from the chair I mentioned. What fantastic dreams and...ahhh relaxing moods!!!

Hello...I meant to ask about taking charge of things from the chair you possess (be it office/home or elsewhere) and when things go out of control.

But it was all fun though!!!

Cheers!!!

Taking charge from the chair
Well being a so called disabled person this has for me some real meaning, since loosing part of the body used for walking I’ve been able to achieve lots of things folks never thought possible from keeping the hovel clean and tidy to driving the tractor about the 100 acre bush block I live on. I’ve managed to figure ways of cutting my fire wood digging post holes erecting fence’s and even climbing ladders to clean gutters, tend to the antenna farm, mowing lawns, tending the vegetable garden, feeding the chooks and for all the rest I strap on the appendage just do it, so the chair is a part of my life but its certainly not the all of it
