PEASANT FARE SOUP WITH BEANS ETC.

USE ONE GENEROUS CUP OF BARLOTI BEANS.

( OR USE MORE THAN ONE CUP, IT ALL DEPENDS HOW MANY SOULS ARE GOING TO EAT IT ETC)...

BUY SOUP MIX VEGETABLES IN SUPERMARKET.

CHOP CARROTS, POTATO, PARSNIP, ONION ETC.

PUT ALL IN POT, COVER GENEROUSLY WITH WATER.

SEASON WITH VEGETA, ALL SPICE, OR ANY OTHER SPICES YOU MIGHT LIKE . ADD SALT.

BRING TO BOIL.

TURN DOWN HEAT AND COOK FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL BEANS ARE SOFT AND TENDER.

IF YOU LIKE MEAT, YOU MIGHT WANT TO PUT IN SOME PIGS TROTTERS OR POLISH SAUSAGE ETC, LET IT ALL COOK TOGETHER AHHHH

SERVE AND EAT..
HEALTHY AND NOURISHING WINTER FARE.

I PERSONALLY LOVE TO EAT MINE WITH A SPOON OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR, IT MAKES IT EVEN TASTIER..

PS: THIS IS CHEAP AND DELICIOUS, AND EASY TO MAKE, AND ONE CAN HAVE IT FOR A FEW DAYS..

ONE CAN FEED A FAMILLY ON THIS PEASANT FARE..

This is a greek way to cook pork chops i do it all the time my Sister who lives in Greece and is married to a Greek man taught me some great Greek dishes this one is very easy to do but gives the chops a lovely flavor

4 pork chops depending on how many your cooking for ,

in a dish mix oregano and salt sprinkle on both sides of the chops squeeze lemon juice all over the chops and fry on a medium heat in olive oil or if grilling squeeze on more lemon juice as the chops begin to cook so they dont dry out, yummy and easy u can also do this with cubed of pork threaded on skewers there called suuvlakis.
