Have any of you been treated to a great night out, where you have been chosen to be picked up and asked what restaurant you would love to dine at?

To have a woman care for you in such a way that you feel like you're number one and have every detail sorted out for the whole night and not have to take charge?

And if so, how so?

If not, why not?

Yeah and what an experience, 9 months 2 weeks later my wife had our son, best day and night of my life

never had it happen. Mainly because I'd make the offer of letting her choose. But most times because I've had a bad choice in women.

All nites out are great.
If it's on a second date it's cool, but on a first date i'm left feeling somewhat beholden.
Is it likewise for women?

Interesting you mentioning if it is beholden for women. It depends on the situation.

For myself, I would never go to any function on the expectations that the guy is to pay for the event, even if he initially asks me out.
I have always taken the necessary to pay for myself, that way there is no embarrassement on anyones behalf.

However, it is lovely to be spoiled in every way and to also be able to reciprocate, as I enjoy giving and making one happy!

So right katz.......I was invited out to dinner at the Orchard restuarant in Perth..we were to meet there and decide where from from there....after meeting and a few drinks we were shown to our seats..I quietly asked if I might pay my share......whereupon my 'date' stated " Its ok I collect the bill for tonight, and ohh I have booked a room for the night so all is taken care of."...!! I ordered the most expensive dishes on the menu and when I saw our wasiter coming I excused myself.........quietly slipped out the side door got into my car and went home.........Gentlemen remember to never assume.....
