ive been bombarded with chat requests(from a country i wont say b'coz i dont want to offend anyone) ive accepted b'coz i thought it might be a friend i wanted to chat to, but then ive been dissappointed and stuck in a conversation with these people. ive tried blocking this country but they are still getting through!! im usally a very tolerant person but this is happening all the time as soon as i get onto this site and its really starting to frustrate me does anyone have any advice on how to block them without them getting through?

Unfortunately you can't block anyone on the IM...it just doesn't work. The only way to stop it happening is to turn the IM off in your settings.......catch 22 im afraid

95% of the time now i just ignore the window or decline the offer, or if i do accept and its someone i dont want to talk to, i just close the window before they say hello.
