Enjoy your reading...
I.... I have the version with Mr Irons as the lead role man,
I should also state "Kubrick's"......Not Kubric (my mistake)!
BUT I will watch the Iron's film after....
If thats what you mean and I hope it is...
I know Mr Irons is a class act...
Thanks Scorps

Love Jeremy Irons as Humbert Humbert, Dominique Swain Lolita...

The Only person miscast is in my himble opinion is, Melanie Grifiths who plays Loita,s mum..

Shelly Winters was better as Charlote Haze in the Kubric version...

Enjoy your Lolita adventures..

I love reading, I try and raed 2 to 3 books a month...

Just finished SHANTARAM.. That was massive read.. Exellent book, I liked it ...

Love the books by James Clavel, and naturally Japanese Authors, Like Mishima, kawabata etc...

And of course most calssics...

Cheers from Scorpio and cats...

I own Both Version and ahve read The Book, oh la la...Lmao...

James Clavell, I have his "King Rat" book, and the 60s film of it.
Both are excellent, took me ages to get a copy of the film to download, but what a film.
