Divorce and climate change

Just read this snippet of 'News' and couldn't resist posting.

Apparently there has been some research (?) into the effects of divorce and its environmental impact on the planet.
Excerpt from a news item found at:
http://au.news.yahoo.com/a/-/mp/5341...ange-fielding/ mentions that a senate hearing has heard:

...quotes from a US report to the country's top environment bureaucrats.

"Mitigating the impacts of resource-inefficient lifestyles such as divorce helps to achieve global environmental sustainability and saves money for households,"

I thought this was an interesting spin on the topic of global warming, climate change and carbon footprints etc.

So it would appear that PP is doing its bit in promoting environmentally sustainable lifestyles by offering a free match-making service to reverse the effects of greenhouse emissions???

Hmmm

Oh Indie, You doo need some help, (look, you must get an editor)

You've been contributing to environmental disaster for to long.

Have you thought of putting an ad in the local newspaper or joining a group in your local community?

Well, I did offer English lessons along with garden therapy, but you stubbornly refused. Would have had you up to scratch in no time, flying like an eagle instead of waddling around doing duck impressions. Only in egg-laying did you run true to form, since you weren't in any shape to run as only the ancestors of Khaki Campbells can.

So what other options did you have?
And don't tell me you are a master at writing novellae, you Know my opinion of that talent of yours. Even FARP is only fantasy to you, and that too is non-original. Try to win by mastering the use of two swords.

Brotherly love sweet and as gentle as a dove warms a lady's heart to be wooed. But then you must also in the seduction arts be gooed. nuff said for now, until you bow your nee and humble bee

Indi, I tried. Did you follow through though?

Just think of the difference it makes when two share resources. Here water shortage is a real problem. With high level water restrictions just consider that if you shower with a friend, you could save so much each day with those three-minute showers. But then again, you could have two each per day. It would be indulgence to use both your allowances for one long six-minute shower.

Now for baths... Nuff said, you get the drift...

(you've been greedy with those icons again.. I had to delete yours to get my share)
