as much as fakes look good when clothed, and not forget the ugly scar, id have to say natural, clothed and naked. god gave them to you so y change it? self esteem etc can be achieved without pumping them up

NATURAL...... fake tits means fake personality. Give me the real deal every time.

Unless someone has Bee Stings for boobs, a little surgery can be OK..

Or if one has had a mastectomy due to cancer yes...

But, natural wins hands down every time..

When one has boobs enlarged so enormous it is amazing that they can stand up and walk, LMAO..

Although those that enhance for vainity only and sadly lacking in confidence, sure make up in being discovered in Hollywood and making a sweet profit from their ballooned images!!

i am lucky i have large breasts and ive not had a probleam
my sister had to have a reduction due to a curve in the spine and constant back ache from being large
on the other hand i have a few close friend who have had the unlucky escape of breast cancer where they have had replacements via plastic so there is a need for health reasons and there are a few out there that want bigger boobs becouse they reckon theirs are far to small and if done correctly you cant feel the diffrance except for the nipple sensative spot so im informed
and they stay up when laid down mmmmmm but normal i would choice but would have replacement if i got cancer

When i was young there were no padded bras or anything to enhance your womanly shape i used to long for Bigger breasts.

Now I am older and the gel filled bras has been invented. i quite like having smaller boobs.

I am not against boob jobs for what ever reason but there are a few women that take breast enhancements to the extreme and end up like they have two footballs stuck on the front of them the picture of the blond above looks ludicrous.
