how can we block certain countries without blocking them all. i love chatting to most but i have to say im sick of getting emails from young lads that are far younger than my son proposing to me!! these lads are from india, phillipines..i would like to block these countries if i can.

Unfortunately can't pick and choose what countries can be blocked..all you can do is block the profiles that are messaging you so they can't do it again

oh thanks!! well its a pain, as i have up to 20 aday from india leaving me messages and they IM me all the time although i do ask people not to on my profile!! thanks for your help anyway jenny

I really wish we could block certain countries jenny it would make things so much easier.. they dont like to take no for an answer. One person I put on block has used another I.D and sent me another email this time he blocked me after he'd sent the email...what a cheek...and this one was extremely inappropriate too...

Yes Easy Done, but to a point

Go to Your Account
Manage Block List
then choose only members from my Country can contact me

But the bad side is that you might have friends in other countries and they will be blocked as well

Yep thats the sad thing...u do have friends in other countries u enjoy talking to its just a few that like to annoy the heck outta ya...Much easier if we could pick and choose where we'd like to get mail from...

Blocking specific countries is being looked into....but for now all that can be done is to block all other countries
