What is PricelessPartner.com? PricelessPartner.com (or 'Priceless' for short) was created out of complete and utter frustration! I (Glen) was sick of endless, faceless, dating sites asking me to hand over my credit card numbers in order to simply say hello to a potential partner or friend. I was sick and frustrated at being denied access to 'features' and 'additional privileges' unless I paid my way. Here at Priceless, I want to reverse that trend. So, I've decided to build a community from the ground up that doesn't require you to pay a cent. That's right, throw away your credit card! You don't need it here. Read more about Priceless here.
What's the catch? Are you really free? Yep, 100%. At no point will Priceless ask you to pay to find love or to make new friends. Why should we profit from the most essential emotion in life? And there's no catch. Priceless will not share your personal information with any other company, and will not bombard you with unwanted emails, other than to notify you when you receive a new message from a fellow member!
I can't remember my password, help me! Not a problem. Simply request a resend. Be sure to check your junk mail folders or mail filters in your email program to ensure the Priceless correspondance to you isn't lost on the way. If you supplied Priceless with a free email account address, such as a Hotmail© or Yahoo!© address, be sure to check your junk mail settings and folders, and place Priceless in your safe contacts list for future correspondance.
I can't log in to the site If you can't log in to the site, please always check that your username and password is being entered EXACTLY as was sent to you when you first joined. This may sound obvious, but believe me lots of people still enter in all uppercase when their login is in lowercase (it's case sensitive). If this doesn't work, try clearing your browsers cookies, which you can usually do by checking out your browsers Internet Options.
I can't log into Group Chat - help! Group Chat uses the same login as your Priceless member login, so you need to at least be a member of the site and be already logged in. Not a member? Register here. Got that sorted, but you still can't get in? See next question..
The Group Chat won't load - tell me what to do Firstly, if the chat page won't load, just try refreshing/reloading the page - sometimes that can be an easy fix. Priceless Group Chat is powered by a software plugin called Java. You need it to run Group Chat. You can download it here. After you install the Java plugin, you may need to close your browser and start again. Sometimes you may need to reboot your computer from scratch. If you're still having problems, post a help request on the forums.
How do I create my own room? Priceless Group Chat lets you open your own temporary chat room for you to invite your friends in for a quiet chat. To open your own chat room, log into Group Chat and select from the main chat menu Roam > Create Room > Creation. Now be careful - the chat room name needs to be all one word without any spaces. The room is only temporary - it will not be there next time you log in. To request a more permenant room, we may consider it if you send a request.
Why should I upload a photo? Photos are the quickest way to increase the response rate to your Priceless ad. It is highly recommended that you upload photos with your ad and maintain a complete photo album. Statistically all members receive higher message rates if a complete photo album is available to others.
How do I upload a photo? Uploading a photo is easy! Log into your account and select 'My Photoalbum'. Then, simply click on the 'Upload new photo' link to upload a photo file from your hard drive. You can upload up to 10 photos and all of them have the option of being rated by others if you choose, or classified for private use only.
Why can't I see my photo yet? Brand new photos will not show in your album or on your profile immediately. New photos must be viewed and approved by Priceless after you upload them, usually within 12 hours or less. We don't accept photos which include contact information, nudity, highly suggestive poses or are copyright protected.
I have received an email from Pricelesspartner.com stating I have a new message. I log in, but there is no message - what gives? Whenever a fellow member sends you a message, Priceless will notify you immediately via your normal email address. This email will tell you to click through to Pricelesspartner to pick up and read your new message. However, if the sender of your new message decides to leave Pricelesspartner (as they've already found a perfect match!), or if Priceless removes that member from the system (because they have broken our terms of use), then you may find that the emails from that person have also been removed from the system. Usually this happens when a member is found to be spamming or scamming fellow users.

What is the "Hookup A Friend" feature all about? The "Hookup A Friend" feature allows you to send a short email message to one of your friends who isn't a member of Priceless, with a link to the profile page you are recommending. It does not reveal the email or contact details of the Priceless member, so your friend has the option of ignoring the email message if they so choose. I think this is pretty neat.
How do I contact the Pricelesspartner Support Desk? Click here to contact us. You can also head over to the forums and post your query there. You will most likely be assisted by a fellow member, or I may answer you directly if I have time (I receive thousands of emails each week).
How do I delete my profile for good? You can delete your profile by logging into your account and selecting 'My Account' from the main menu near the top of the page. Please be sure to leave a message on our forums explaining why you're leaving - all feedback is welcome. Or post a testimonial for others to aspire to!
