odessa2 I'm looking, are you?

Just getting back into the dating scene after 24 years of marriage, we are still friends but the spark, sadly, has been extinguished. I am not looking for anything very serious right now. Mainly friends that could evolve into something more.

There are several women friends that I have known for some time, in fact almost all of my better friends are women, but they are just close friends. That would be like dating my sister. When they start "guy bashing" its a sad statement on the male gender because I tend to agree... most of us are asses...I just try to be the one that isn't. I do not compensate by being a "macho man" because my ego does not bruise easily. I am me and comfortable with who I am. A couple of phrases I use to describe myself are; “I would rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not” and “I am a 20 something stuck in a 40 something body”. When my son and I go out people think we are brothers rather than father and son. Maybe he just looks and acts old, lol.

I tend to prefer women that have some meat on their bones, a size 14 to 20 BBW IS my Barbie, appearances are fairly low priority, within reason, you do have to take care of yourself. The package is only that, I am much more interested in who the whole person is, personality, brains, comfort zones, sensuality.

Intelligence, confidence, spontaneity, sense of adventure, sense of humor and the ability to do your own tune up are all things that I also find attractive. If you wear high heels, make up, dresses and girlie things when you go out or to work thats cool, if you wear them to the mall on Saturday you are probably not my type.

I have been told that I can be very romantic, sensual and that I am a great kisser :)

My profile says that I am separated thought that is not technically true but that is the way we see ourselves. At present I am her "caretaker", she is disabled but works and is working on being self sufficient. Additionally the economy forces us to be cohabitants until we can sell the house.
