EricGoede Moving to Denver, looking for a new friend.

I am an intelligent, warm, sensitive, caring, athletic man. I am loyal and believe in honor and integrity. I believe that marriage is a lifelong commitment that requires sacrifice, work, trust, honesty, compassion and a willingness to put the other persons needs before my own, and if both are willing to do this than marriage can be the most wonderful thing in the world. I currently live in Laporte, IN but will be moving to Denver, CO by the end of June/early July. I would love to meet someone to show me around and have a good time with, and if something should develop then so much the better. I enjoy numerous activities and am always up for trying something new. I can spend a quiet night at home with a good book or movie, or spend the day hiking, biking or fishing. I love swimming and just about anything else to do with the water. I enjoy animals, especially dogs and cats and would really like to start horseback riding. I enjoy staying fit and love lifting weights. I enjoy cooking and believe it or not I am quite the house keeper, I even do laundry and windows. I love music (I am partial to eighties but also listen to everything from country to classical and from blues to some rap). I enjoy gardening, and I am an accomplished handyman. I have worked in a variety of fields from law enforcement to electronics to remodeling and construction so I am a bit of a jack of all trades. The type of woman I am seeking is one who is first and foremost honest, and when I say honest I mean HONEST, I would rather have you tell me the truth and hurt my feelings then lie to me. I do not believe there is a place for lies, even white ones. If you are willing to lie to me about something small then you will lie about something big. I appreciate intelligence and wit, someone whom I can converse with about a myriad of subjects, someone who can enlighten me and expand my views. Humor is another important attribute, both the ability to laugh at ones self and also the circumstances that life throws our way! I enjoy someone who is outgoing and yet doesn't mind a quite night or two at home cuddled up watching a movie or reading a book. I am a hopeless romantic and enjoy spoiling my mate. I believe in giving 100% in a relationship but I also expect the same from my partner. I am an optimistic realist, always looking for the best in a situation but keeping myself grounded at the same time.
