Being myself sometimes includes taking risks with myself, taking risk with new behavior, trying new ways of being myself so that I can see where and how I want to be. I believe you never stop growing and no matter what "the journey " is to be enjoyed and lived . I am adventerious tho not reckless. Sometimes a thousand words are summed up in a smile or the touch of a hand. Sit with me and talk for awhile. There is no list of things I can say that can show you completely who I am but I will say this..... "I am the sum of my commitments. In other words I am what I choose to stand up and be counted for and those choices define me. I am the most decent human being I know how to be. Sometimes , just sometimes , that is enough." I have raised one son almost entirely on my own. It is now time for the rest of my life. I hope we talk soon.

"Who would I like to meet?" I know the types of people who interest me. I know the types of people I have been drawn to in relationships over the years. I know that I have friends and family who are important to me. But--- That one speial someone who you spend "happy ever after" with, that someone you stand side by side with, I don't have that person in my life. If I was to lay out a list of characteristics or qualites that I like, would I be repeating the past failed relationships of my life? Im a mature honest man, I know what I like, I know what would be bad for me but should the question be "Who would I like to meet?" or should I think outside the box and ask "Who do I need to meet?" The answer to that is simple. I need to meet you.
