I'm an incorrigible combination of wide-eyed optimism and open-eyed cynicism. I'm rarely uncomfortable and almost impossible to offend. I’m opinionated, relatively speaking. I get excited about things. I like to understand and improve and figure out. I'd love to live in a beach house on some Island. I'm audaciously curious, sincere, serious, silly, gullible, neurotic, competent, open, daring, happy, hopeful. I never ask for dressing on the side. I can be emotional and overly cerebral, impulsive and impatient, and the most easygoing person you'll ever meet. I'm not afraid of making a fool of myself though I'm definitely not foolish. I'm smart and I'll make you laugh. A lot. Whether I intend to or not. I'm grateful for everything I've experienced, good or bad, and wouldn't give any of it back. I have more than my share of scars but think it's important and exciting to learn from them and plod onward, armed with a little more self-awareness and lots of willingness to laugh at myself as I trip along the way.

I am looking for someone dynamic who is full of wonder and romance, Someone whose sexiness in unintentional. Someone who's better in person. Someone who agrees that relationships of any kind should be addition and not subtraction, built on reciprocation and being (better) with each other and letting each other be -- not about molding or forcing one another into something we're not. I'm looking for someone I can find, who wants to find me.
I'm not looking for random hookups or one night stands -- there is such a stifling limit to what can be gleaned from these types of interactions. I find substantive relationships and friendships among self-aware and at least slightly silly people to be far more interesting. I don't hate anything or anyone but I do consider dishonesty and unwillingness to try to be rather tiresome. As well, I don't think bitterness, deception, are compelling or attractive qualities. In other words: I'm not looking for games, I want to meet a kind, smart, thoughtful, self-aware, sincere, passionate, loving and romantic woman,someone who is not afraid to be herself, and not afraid say what is on her mind, someone who will comfort me, someone who will cheer me on, and hold my hand just because.
