We would meet for a nice relaxed dinner,get to know eachother, laugh lots and all the sudden 3 hours have passed and we both don't want this evening to end. So we go for a walk talking and take in the busy night life and either find a park to continue getting to know eachother finding that we have lots of the same interests and some differences too. Maybe find a place to have a glass of wine while we plan our next date. For me a first date should be a place to talk and get to know eachother, you can't do that at the movies or the theatre or a concert because you don't have the chance to talk face to face and see eachothers smiles and their eyes to read their body language to see if you can tell if the person is really interested in you or not.
