Jennie A Still Crazy - after all these years

l like to think of myself as sincere and cheerful - usually able to see the best side. l asked my friends, and they said to throw in creative, articulate, intelligent, independent. (Nice friends!) l like visiting new places. l like to walk on the beach (who doesn't?) l like other people's cooking even if it's bad, and l like and respect myself. l don't mind staying home, or going out as long as l enjoy the company and the feeling's mutual. I want to meet an articulate and above all intelligent man who knows how to treat others as they would wish to be treated. Cheerful, able to show affection and laugh out loud, casual, but at home in any situation. A man who knows who he is inside and wants to get to know me - who still thinks of a woman as a lady and a friend, and who isn't in too much of a hurry. l know you're out there - l'm patient - l'll wait.

First date - pleasant day, meet up at gallery, market, coffee, cream cake, maybe holding hands, lots of small talk, nothing too serious, lots of genuine laughter, looking each other over, allowing for us both being a little nervous. You've probably been there.....
