Hey there,

I'm American. Ok, I said it. Go ahead and keep reading if that hasn't made you look away...

So, yeah. Still with me? Good. I'm originally a big city boy from the northern hemisphere and I attend the University Of Tasmania. How did I get to Tasmania, of all places? I wonder myself, sometimes...

My free time, when not consumed with equations and blueprints is spent enjoying Baseball, Ice Hockey and American Football(But you call it Gridiron...) and I love coffee so much I roast my own coffee beans on the weekends. I love good beer and delicious food, good movies, great books and fantastic music. It seems I don't get out nearly enough to listen to music, either.

I'm fairly intelligent, down-to-earth, mentally stable, am able to hold a job and fairly normal in most other ways that matter. I'm not nearly as witty as I like to think, but much deeper and sensitive than I'm generally given credit for. I've been told more than once my sense of humor is "quirky."

I like quiet mornings with no alarm clocks and nothing in particular to do, the way the air crisps up at dusk just before autumn passes for good into winter-when it's not cold enough to wear a jacket or jumper but not quite warm enough not to. I like to read the newspaper; something about the way the newsprint gets on your hands makes the news seem more real.

I'm looking for a girl who is fairly mellow, light hearted, affectionate, cuddly, feminine, cute(...not just physically, either), and passionate about who she is and what she wants. I'm not looking for anything serious, at first; nor am I looking for just a one night stand. I want someone who I can spend some time with, watch some TV and some movies, go for a walk, sit and have a few coffees, get some dinner and talk about whatever there is to talk about.
