Im currently involved in re-structuring my House in Wales so if your a competent,petite, Kind,caring,humerous,sensitive CraftsWoman (Any trade!) terrific but not esential!!
Ive also got a house in Italy needs redevelopment.. so if you were free to travel...and enjoyed it!!it would be an advantage

Barbeque around the cement mixer ? Tapas in a hot air balloon ? Im really easygoing and have been known to enjoy A pub A restaurant A caff.Ten pin bowling and a pizza at the bar...even a takeaway...it all depends but a first date is all about getting to know someone so we could discuss our individual preference.... and then go to a nice Italian Restaurant with an Opera Singer belting out Arias in between and during the courses...all washed down with a nice Chianti...
